Legal · Contact and Persona
Contact and persona policy.
This document is a statement of the office's posture and is intended to be read by counsel where relevant. Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice.
1 · Authoritative channels
The office communicates officially through two addresses and two addresses only: [email protected] for general correspondence and [email protected] for matters of a legal character. Correspondence received through any other medium, including direct messages on social platforms, third-party messaging services, or unaddressed contact forms hosted by other parties, is not binding upon the office unless and until cross-confirmed through one of the two authoritative addresses above.
2 · Founder persona
The operator of the office writes under the persona "Orphograph's Founder" or, in formal correspondence, "the office". The legal name of the operator is held privately and is not a routine element of customer-facing correspondence. Correspondence that requires legal identification of the operator, including matters of service of process, regulatory inquiry, or formal contractual execution, is routed through [email protected] and may be answered by counsel of record on behalf of the operator.
3 · Press inquiries
Press inquiries are accepted at [email protected]. The office reserves the right to respond, to decline to respond, or to refer the inquiry to another forum, at its discretion. Statements purported to be attributable to the office should be verified through [email protected] prior to publication. The office does not regard statements made by other parties as binding upon it absent such verification.
4 · Impersonation
Communications purporting to originate from the office but not originating from an address at the @orphograph.com domain should not be treated as authoritative. The office advises recipients to disregard such communications and to confirm any matter of consequence through the authoritative channels above. Suspected impersonation should be reported to [email protected], with the message in question preserved in its full original form, including headers, to the extent the reporter is able.
5 · Service of process
Formal legal service of process upon the office should be addressed in the first instance to [email protected], accompanied by a request for the office's address of record. The address of record will be supplied promptly to a verified requester. The office does not waive any defect in service by reason of the foregoing, and reserves all rights as to the manner, sufficiency, and timeliness of service under the rules of the relevant forum.
6 · Right of publicity
The office does not authorise the use of its name, its seal, or any associated mark in any commercial endorsement, sponsorship, testimonial, or affiliated representation, save by express written authorisation issued by [email protected]. The founder's persona, voice, name, and image are not licensed for commercial use. Inadvertent or assumed authorisation is not a defence. Editorial, comparative, and academic reference consistent with the Trademark Notice is unaffected by this section.
